Cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation, the following will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on the day and one day before of the diving date: 100% of 2 boat diving fee
- 2 dive, 3 dive, 4 dive reservation request. if you have any problem when the dive, (2 dive reservation to 1 dive, 3 dive reservation to 2 dive, 4 dive reservation to 3 dive) you must have to pay on your diving request.
In addition, for customers who make reservations on the following dates, 100% of (diving fee x number of days + accommodation fee x number of days) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week in advance.
- Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for three consecutive holidays or more
- Customers who make reservations on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Memorial Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), 5/6 (Transfer Holiday)
- Customers who make reservations during the period from July 19th to October 31s.
Cancellations after the ship has reached capacity will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee from the time of reservation or notification.
