About our measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection
Measure your body temperature by yourself in the morning of the diving day, those who have symptoms of "fever (37.5 degrees or higher)", "cough", "illness", stayed in the place where the new coronavirus occurred within the past 2 weeks, or had close contact with a person who seems to be infected. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we refuse to use the service.
(Please be sure to contact us in the morning of the day, there is no cancellation fee.)
Please note that the temperature may be measured with a "non-contact thermometer" when you come to the store.
Please take basic precautions (use mask, social distance, disinfect), etc.
Please wear a mask while moving in our shop. (Please prepare by yourself.) While in the car, please open the window to prevent the virus.
We didn't prepare for the water, coffee, tea, miso soup, etc. that we have provided during the interval, as well as the sweets, cakes, coffee, etc. that we have been serving in our shop during logging. If you need it, please prepare it yourself.
Please do not touch other people's equipment or luggage. Especially for the masks, snorkels, regulators, towels.
For mask anti-fog, don’t use "saliva", but use commercially available anti-fog. We also sell it at our shop for ¥550 (included tax).
When washing the diving equipment, do not put the "mask", "snorkel", and "reg" in the washing tub, but wash them out of the tub with a water hose.
If you find that you are infected with the new coronavirus within 2 weeks after using our shop, please be sure to contact us immediately.
Mikomoto Divers rental equipment
All rental equipment used is washed with a diluted solution of "sodium hypozincate" and then dried.
(If you are worried, we sell a new "mouthpiece" (¥1,650 including tax), so please use it.)

Please staying in a fewer people or group as possible,
We apologise before, but please roll up the used sheets and pillowcases and leave them in the corner of the room and thank you for the attention.
Meals will be served as usual

Mikomoto divers also prepare the alcohol disinfectant, but it’s limited, so please bring your own alcohol disinfectant as possible.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation, the following will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on the day and one day before of the diving date: 100% of 2 boat diving fee
- 2 dive, 3 dive, 4 dive reservation request. if you have any problem when the dive,
(2 dive reservation to 1 dive, 3 dive reservation to 2 dive, 4 dive reservation to 3 dive) you must have to pay on your diving request.
In addition, for customers who make reservations on the following dates, 100% of (diving fee x number of days + accommodation fee x number of days) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week in advance.
- Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for three consecutive holidays or more
- Customers who make reservations on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Memorial Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), 5/6 (Transfer Holiday)
- Customers who make reservations during the period from July 19th to October 31st.
Cancellations after the ship has reached capacity will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee from the time of reservation or notification.
