のんびりでのダイビング＠神子元

本日も引き続き神子元へ行ってきました！！

今回の神子元は、、。

天気予報では雨の予報でしたが、神子元島ではほとんど晴れていました！

波も昨日と比べて大きな変化はなく、落ち着いた海況でした。

そして水中は、、。

透視度は昨日より少し良くなったように感じました！

さらに、今日の流れはほとんどなく、いつもの上潮もほとんど来ませんでした。

おかげで、のんびりとしたドリフトダイビングを楽しむことができました！

魚たちは今日もたくさん！！

イサキの群れ、タカベの群れ、ツムブリの群れ、そしてカンパチの群れなど、たくさんの魚たちに出会えました。

そして、今日のサメは、、！！

なんと、ハンマーを2匹発見！！
さらに、メジロザメも1匹見ることができました！

最近の神子元では、なかなかハンマーの群れに出会えていませんが、それでも魚たちの群れをたっぷり楽しめています！！

やっぱり神子元の海は面白いですね！！

しかし、残念なお知らせです。

明日は海況の影響により、神子元はクローズとなることが決定しました。

自然相手なので仕方ありませんが、安全第一でいきましょう！

次回の神子元では、ハンマーの群れに出会えますように！！

また海況が回復したら、神子元の海を楽しみましょう！！

We headed back to Mikomoto again today!!

So, what was Mikomoto like today?

The weather forecast called for rain, but surprisingly, it was mostly sunny around Mikomoto Island!

The waves were also pretty much the same as yesterday, with no major changes in sea conditions.

And underwater...!

Visibility seemed to have improved slightly compared to yesterday!

There was also very little current today. The usual incoming current was barely there at all.

Thanks to the calm conditions and lack of current, we were able to enjoy a nice, relaxed drift dive!

As always, there were plenty of fish around!

We saw huge schools of Isaki, Takabe, and rainbow runners, as well as schools of greater amberjack!

And now, for today's sharks...!!

We spotted two hammerhead sharks!!
We also saw one blue shark!

Recently, we haven't had much luck finding large schools of hammerheads at Mikomoto.

Even so, we've still been enjoying plenty of incredible fish schools!

That's what makes diving at Mikomoto so exciting -- there's always something to discover!

Unfortunately, we have some bad news...

Mikomoto has been confirmed CLOSED tomorrow due to sea conditions.

It's disappointing, but safety always comes first when it comes to diving.

Hopefully, the sea conditions will improve soon, and we'll get another chance to encounter a big school of hammerheads!

Looking forward to diving at Mikomoto again when the sea is ready for us!
