久しぶりの神子元

最近の神子元の海は、なかなか安定しない日が続いていました。
台風23号の通過後も、強風の予報が多く、なかなか出船できない状況でした。

そんな中、今日ようやく久しぶりに神子元へ行ってきました。
予報はあまり良くなかったものの、なんとか出船することができました。
1本目は波が高く、やや荒れた海況でしたが、
2本目には風も波も落ち着いて、徐々にコンディションが良くなってきました。

水中の様子は、とても良好でした。
水温は温かく、透視度もよくて、きれいな海中を楽しめました。
これから神子元の海況も、少しずつ安定していくのではないでしょうか。

そして、魚もたくさん見られました！
イサキの群れ、タカベの群れ、ムロアジの群れ、さらにオオニベの群れも！
ハンマーは......
残念ながら今回は出会えませんでしたが、
きっと神子元のどこかにいたはずです。
今回はタイミングや運が合わなかっただけだと思います。

なお、明日は風が強く吹く予報が出ているため、
神子元はクローズとなる予定です。

The sea conditions at Mikomoto have been unstable recently.
After Typhoon No. 23 passed, we continued to have strong wind forecasts, making it difficult to go out.

But today, I finally managed to visit Mikomoto again after quite a while.
Although the forecast wasn't great, we were able to head out.
During the first dive, the waves were still high and the sea was rough.
However, from the second dive onward, the wind calmed down and the waves settled, improving the overall conditions.

Underwater, the conditions were very good.
The water temperature was warm, and the visibility was clear--great for diving.
It seems like the sea at Mikomoto might start getting better from here on.

There were also lots of fish!
We saw schools of grunts (Isaki), yellow-striped fusiliers (Takabe), mackerel scads (Muroaji), and even a big group of giant croakers (Oonibe)!
As for the hammerheads...
Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any this time.
But I'm sure they were somewhere in the waters of Mikomoto.
It just wasn't the right timing or luck today.

Due to strong winds forecasted for tomorrow,
Mikomoto is expected to be closed.
