久しぶりにベタ凪　＠神子元

今日は久しぶりにベタ凪の神子元で潜ってきました！

最近は風が強くてクローズになったり、うねりがあったりと海況が不安定でしたが、

今日は波もほとんどなく、穏やかな海況に恵まれました。
天気も良く、陸も海の中も暖かく感じられて、快適な1日でした。

潮は朝のうちは下潮が流れていて、透視度も良好。
流れの中は水温も高めで気持ちよかったです。
ただ、時間が経つにつれて上潮が入り始め、流れも強まり、透視度は少しダウン...。

魚影は少なめでしたが、
イサキの群れ、ツムブリの群れ、タカベの群れ、ムロアジの群れなどが登場！

そしてなんといっても――
ハンマーの群れを見ることができました！！
お客さんも大満足の1本になりました✨

明日はやや風が吹く予報なので、出航の判断は朝に行います。
潜れることを願って、準備万端で臨みましょう！

We had a rare day of flat calm seas today at Mikomoto!
Lately, the area has been experiencing strong winds, leading to closures and rough conditions.
But today, the ocean was calm and peaceful -- perfect for diving.

The weather was beautiful as well, and both the sea and land felt pleasantly warm.

In the morning, we had a southward (ebb) current, which brought clear visibility and warmer water in the flowing areas.
However, as the tide shifted to a northward (flood) current, the flow picked up and visibility dropped a bit.

There weren't as many fish as usual, but we still got to see large schools of:
grunt (Isaki), rainbow runner (Tsumuburi), yellow-striped scad (Takabe), and frigate mackerel (Muroaji).

And best of all --
we encountered a school of hammerheads!
Our guests were absolutely thrilled!

Tomorrow's forecast shows a bit of wind, so we'll make the call on whether we can dive in the morning.
Fingers crossed for another great day!
